May 2020 renovate the entire bathroom. It all started a year before with an initial meeting and making an offer. This went smoothly, and a fair price was paid. They came up with advice on certain points, some we accepted but some didn't;) this was no problem. After all, it was our bathroom. When the 1st quotation came, it had a lowered ceiling, we still thought huh? Did we talk about this? Called Theo and he said you wanted a new bathroom :) I want to get it off. We deliberately did not ask for this because we thought it would reduce costs. But this fit perfectly in buget, and so another point that made us happy. In the end we chose to have the bathroom made, we did the demolition ourselves. Even when there were questions during the demolition, this was no problem, and we were well helped. Bathroom was delivered to the full satisfaction. No finishing frames but just neatly cut the tiles as they should. No extra costs or other craziness afterwards! Long story short, great thing that the customer still stands for!
