Very poor staff training. I am sending a lot of package abroad, they don't even know what they have to do for a package to the US, they kept the proof which was supposed to come to me. Everytime I need to stay 30 to 45 mn to wait they find my packages. If I had the choice, I won't send my package over there.

Someone had delivered a package from me there to send to me and as of Friday, Monday evening, no information about the package. That means they kept the package there and did not deliver it to the office
