Every time it hits again.
The menu is small and changes according to the season and what is available on the market, so every time it is surprising what is on the menu (usually no ordinary dishes). This way you are also challenged to eat dishes that you have never eaten before and every time it is good and fresh.
You notice that chef Rogier has a real passion for cooking.
He challenges you with food. Delicious.
If there is something in a dish that you are allergic to, no problem, it is freshly prepared and can therefore often be omitted whether Rogier adjusts the dish on the spot or even his menu.
Really a top restaurant where the chef will speak to you personally and think along with you.
