Purchase of another car: It was a rainy Wednesday evening, we had made an appointment to view the car after the showroom closed, this was no problem at all because the petrol station was still open. After agreeing the amount to be paid, we decided to take a test drive, because the weather was dirty, we wanted to come back for this, but we did not have to worry about that, because the vehicle would be washed again. After we came back from the test drive, we finalized the deal and made an appointment about the delivery date of the car. We had an appointment to pick up the car on Thursday evening a week later, because it was a bit slow during the preparation of the car, we had timely contact and there was a chance that the car would not be ready on time, because they after all satisfaction wanted to deliver, only the MOT still had to be done, but this can take place in March, the car is still in the warranty period and the car will keep the same MOT date. Look, this is now thinking along with the customer. We also had extra insulation installed under the hood and would pay this extra, but on delivery they said no, you will get that from us.
