We engaged this company for the installation of solar panels and the renovation of the bathroom, as we had good experiences with the previous owner of this company. The solar panels were well placed, there are no complaints about this. The bottom drawer of the washbasin arrived damaged. And there were two leaks. We have contacted the company to report this so they can resolve this. A new drawer would be ordered right away. One leak was resolved properly but the other was not properly resolved, which ultimately broke the entire cabinet due to the water damage. That is why a completely new cabinet was ordered. After this, the company did not respond again every time we had to go there or email it. And every time there is something going on. The company never contacted us with the state of affairs. Even after explicitly asked about this. I have often emailed them about when they will come by and when something is going to happen. On the final day of the washbasin replacement, it turned out that the wrong washbasin had been ordered. This was 27 weeks after the washbasin had been ordered. A new washbasin would therefore have been ordered. This one was much faster compared to the first. So then there was a second chance to install the washbasin. But suddenly another sink was delivered. This one looked better at first. But we only got to see the stone part without the drawer. What was not mentioned was that this sink is a lot smaller, this was noted later. After this I sent an email to the owner. He himself thought that their course of events did not deserve the beauty prize. And as a compromise we got a bunch of flowers for the bathroom of 1482 euros. Which eventually got a smaller washbasin than originally agreed. Since ordering the new parts, it has taken 30 weeks and 5 days for the washbasin to be replaced. The duration and course of events is outrageous. Ultimately, what was to be delivered initially was not delivered. The company found the solution to this in a bunch of flowers.

Excellent company, friendly staff, clear quotations, good and solid explanations, eventually went a bit in fits and starts, but circumstances within the company, (illness) were the basis for this, in the end well and professionally resolved.
