Do not do it! It comes across as a neat company, but with a guarantee request (in which you have followed the advice offered) you will be accused of everything, you can literally 'go into the tree' and you will be fobbed off with 50% compensation, which also states they do not have to offer a (full) guarantee at all on living material. Legally speaking, clearly incorrect, of course. Especially in the first 6 months after purchase. In short ... a forewarned person .....
