I've been a customer here for five years. For the last two years I've had a skin issue. Many different creams were prescribed but none solved the problem. After 1,5 years I firmly suggested directing me towards the hospital. The doctor didn't grant me this request and wanted to take a small skin sample first. What the doctor left out, is that this sample will cost € 140,-. After getting the bill, I made a complaint towards the practice. The manager says their duty to inform the patient is filled by having the prices of treaments on the website. Not a very strong argument if you ask me. Furthermore this practice has on multiple occasions changed precriptions without informing me, also leading to higher costs. I've learned my lesson. The skill of the doctors is average and acceptable, but the communication is subpar. Edit after response from SGE: in my opinion, the response tries to suggest SGE as a willing party to solve the issue. However, I've already made a formal complaint and because of the way the complaint was handled I wrote this review.

Honestly, I've had a really good experience here. I am originally from the US and I am obviously used to a very different health system, but SGE has made me feel really comfortable. They have helped me with numerous health issues already and I would recommend them especially for expats. I haven't really had much issue getting an appointment either. I've even gotten in same day/next day if needed.

I I suffer from dizziness two weeks ago. I visited the doctor and she told me I have to wait a week. I called her on Friday and they said that she is not working today. It will be Tuesday and they cannot help me. My mother died due to the neglect of this center. She had brain cancer and one years thet dony kniw what she has they said only You must take paracetamolThese are not doctors, they are sales representatives of Paracetol The spread of cancer in her body,theybrought her to the hospital, and there they discovered a brain tumor, but they were late and she died due to the negligence of this center for water. This is all the delay.I hope that you care and respect your patients more

I have visited 3 times and was seen by a different doctor every time. They were all extremely helpful and kind, took my issues seriously and referred me to the appropriate specialist. They listened to my medical history, took the time to check with the hospital if the choice of treatment was the correct one, and made sure I understood what I needed to do next. Other nice things: the website is in English and had all the information I needed, it's easy to make an appointment online, and the GP assistant I spoke to on the phone because of an emergency was super helpful.
