It's great that vegan products are offered, which saves on looking for vegan options within regular stores. It is just a pity that complaints and criticism are apparently not dealt with so well, especially when it comes to subjects that can come across as offensive. EDIT: "you don't know" and "you never ordered here" is apparently a good way of communicating with potential customers in the eyes of Veganwear. Absolutely ridiculous. Can't understand why that would ever be relevant - as if only criticism from paying customers would matter. Unprofessional behavior, if I have to, I prefer to take the extra effort to look for vegan products in regular stores.

Great products, less fantastic people. Are really really weird with (potential) customers. Put certain groups of people in a corner more often. They do this with statements on their Facebook page. If you criticize that, people will respond very unprofessionally. Very sorry. I have placed several orders with them but I find respect towards all people and certainly as a company towards your customers essential.
