In itself a nice store in terms of appearance, only the prices of products are many times higher than on the internet. The customer-friendliness can also be done something about. What is also very unfortunate is that when you exchange something, you do not get money back, but a voucher. Really had to talk to it when I returned a car seat to get the 119 euros back. If it were up to the shop I would have received a voucher for 119 euros.

A while ago I placed an order, according to contact person Jarno no payment has been received. They would therefore not send me the article. As soon as the amount was in their account, they would reverse it. Not done. Called a few weeks later. Without checking this, the same employee told me that the money was not actually received (!!). In addition, he was anything but customer-friendly; rather stimulated and not solution-oriented. At my insistence, he had the administration checked and suddenly the payment had ended up in their account weeks ago. Very sloppy. Jarno calls back laughingly and talks about a misunderstanding, but no apologies. Fortunately, the amount has now been reversed. But if I ever want to get in touch with Santing? Certainly not.

The assortment and appearance are excellent, but the saleswomen apparently have been running too long and are not the most helpful, while it is a store that has to make its strongest point.

Very rude staff member. Noticeably irritated when I indicated at the checkout that I was mistaken in a price indication and might not want it. And on a later visit, every little fiber was checked sharply when I came back to bring something that was too small and got a dirty look, and the rules of the game were explained in a nasty way.
