Bought a bunch of flowers for 12 euros, after 2 to 3 days already ugly. Called and answered unfriendly, received a new bunch in the store, but not wholeheartedly. Last time here.

Very bad experience with flower shop Han Fokkink, having an expensive bunch of flowers delivered that became poor after 3 days, no quality for a bunch of 35 euros, a gift. Mail sent to the store with pictures, no response after 2 weeks, called to the store, yes the email had arrived and I would receive a response the same day. That was now a week ago, I will leave it alone, I will never buy it again.

Tuesday I picked up two beautiful bunches of flowers. Less than 3 days, things were already going well. Everything neatly cut. We live too far away otherwise I would have brought it back. Unfortunately .
