Had bought a watch yesterday .. it was half an hour ahead after 12 o'clock .. 6 hours after that it remained 1 o'clock .. the second hand ran well. Back to the shop ... who claimed it was a battery problem ... the shop assistant claimed it was the battery ... I didn't trust that ... the second hand kept turning. In the end, another watch was given ... I wanted to see if she checked the battery right away ... she really wasn't going to do that ... if that was the case for every customer ... this with too loud a voice ... just left. Do not buy from Lucardi Zutphen .. I assume that there are definitely more friendly staff at other branches .. but a nice watch .. Hope that it will continue to do so.

Employees can't even say goodbye as soon as you enter, they also don't just offer help and gossip about colleagues.
