Nicely helped for a repair of my father's watch, who is no longer able to arrange it himself. Plus that I saw this clock in the store 😀: a Zutphen clock!
Believes that he is not responsible for giving a warranty, but the manufacturer of the product (of course this is not correct), will not keep the customer informed about claims during repairs resulting in; long repair time and the customer has to go after it. Lapses into telling untruths to dismiss customers. Acts very friendly before a sale has been concluded, but as soon as it appears that the product does not meet the requirements, it is 'bye'. I would say; everything he sells is sold elsewhere. Use it to your advantage.
It took 5 minutes to remove a link from a metal watch strap. Price? € 15.00.
