Very pleasant to deal with. The cause of the malfunction was not entirely clear. First try and advice instead of an expensive repair. So just fine!

Is always ready for his customers, even in difficult times, it turns out. Our washing machine motor burned on while we had Jan on the phone. Immediate good advice about what to buy and what not. New ordered within half an hour. After that, direct contact was again possible about the non-opening door, and luckily that too was fixed immediately. Like Jan, you see only a few. Topper!
