The second time I used it, I pulled up my expensive open32 jeans on a belt loop. I dug a hole in it, right below the loop. With much cheaper jeans never had so I go to open32 to report this manufacturing defect. To my surprise, the saleswoman reported that this was my fault and not a manufacturing defect. Hahaha. Good Lord! I could get it paid at a tailor in town. So avoid this toko !!

I was so happy with my jeans. Unfortunately within 2 weeks on the seam at the trouser pockets a tear of more than 15 cm. I immediately went back and the seller agreed that this was probably a mis-manufactured product. The new one has been ordered and I can pick it up next week! Top service !!

GOOD DAY Open32 Zutphen, A greeting or addressing customers is very difficult in this case. No customer-friendly image by the teenagers who, I think, try to earn some money in addition to school time, both in the men's and women's section. They may not yet have certain capacities or have received certain training, but a greeting is not too much to ask for. In addition, I have spent around 10 minutes poking around, and seen some nice items. Only the total picture is wrong, so decided not to make a purchase. What was striking was that a lady behind the counter (staff member Open32) did have a lot of comments about the fact that shops were closed on shopping evening and that there was vacancy. Really bizarre, but special at the same time !!
