In October I received a letter from the tax authorities that they wanted to receive the final assessment. Since AK Purmerend had indicated that if something went wrong, I can contact them for this tax year. Of course I did. Unfortunately, it took me 4 weeks and every time I was promised everything that it would be arranged, then contacted almost weekly and now have not received a response by email or telephone for the past two weeks. I even have the feeling that she pushed me away when I called because it rang twice and then to Voicemail. In the meantime I have called in someone else, he indicated that he could arrange it within an hour and did that and also discovered a calculation error they made. I will no longer work with AK Purmerend, they do not give you the feeling of confidence, they only give you headaches.
