May last year with hernia-like complaints to the doctor. He referred me to physio because it was certainly not a hernia. Ended up at Arcus and on the advice of my own manual doctor I had to try dry needeling. That did not provide the relief I needed, so on the advice of the physiotherapist to the exercise room. It is a small group of 3 to 5 people, the therapist could see that I still had a very generous compensation left over from my insurance. Then I had to come to the exercise room twice a week, so you can start using the equipment independently. I was busy with my training schedule for at least 45 minutes. The therapist comes by once to ask how things are going. Short chat and walks to the next. However, every appointment is calculated as a treatment ... that is just a very expensive gym in my opinion. I mainly went my own way and had little contact with the physiotherapist. After a few months I was through my very generous reimbursement of 1000 euros and complaints were still there, but back to the doctor. MRI required, which turns out ... a hernia after all! And everyone, including the physiotherapist, were all absolutely convinced that it was absolutely not a hernia. Now after my operation I am looking for a good physiotherapist who is not only looking for the money from my insurance. So that is definitely not possible with Arcus!

Have been coming here since 2003, always a regular practitioner. Work excellent, work from your physical complaints, in all those years just excellent treatments.

Friendly and punctual, but my complaints have been resolved elsewhere in only 3 treatments.
