If you have a complaint, they will NOT take it serieus. Two emails, and they just reply with the same text. So when you reach out through social media they simply say "we don't handle complaints via SM. Please email.". After the third time they stop responding.

I am really disappointed with the service of Pimpjefiets. The purchased bicycle bag broke after using it once and turned out to be a really rickety thing in several respects. I have asked for a fix several times but they don't get past 10% off next purchase. Well yeah, Pimpy bike! I just want my money back, but that is not answered. Unfortunately. Never buy anything here again.

Terrific service. After a few days, the squeeze cat stopped working. Much to the sadness of my granddaughter. Contacted by email. After a few hours, a response with an apology for the inconvenience and a proposal to send a new one immediately. In one word: TOP.

2 meters of window film ordered from this website arrived quickly and looked good. Just started with pasting (3 windows) but then found out that only 150 cm was delivered instead of 2 meters. Complaint filed, had to take photo of invoice and product. Do not get it delivered because I have already glued the foil on the window the window !! What a terribly bad argument! Never buy here again and advise everyone to buy window film elsewhere!

Lousy service. No cooperation or sympathy whatsoever for the customer. The positive reviews also seem to me clearly self-written. No chance, never do business with it again.
