Treatment has turned out great for me. Friendly and personalised approach. Long waiting list unfortunately.

Waiting time was long and digital communication prior to treatment could be improved. After getting started, this is the first psychologist in 7 years who didn't go through the standard questionnaires and hit a wall, but actually went digging further and helped me understand my brain twists. Still not there but every week I learn something new and I develop myself and climb out of the valley. 100% satisfied.

Bad service. Not professional. I am going to another Neurofeedback practice in Purmerend.

I've been waiting half a year. Nothing heard yet. Visited once. Promise: we would be called up in mid-August. Called yesterday: Not answered. Message sent: no message back. It is time that the plug was pulled out for good after bankruptcy and takeover. What a non-organization.

May wait for my first appointment for a month and a half. They then planned the appointment incorrectly and I was immediately told that I must look for another institution because they cannot meet my request for help. Why is this not immediately reported at the first telephone call, but to let someone in need wait a month and a half for nothing, and then to tell them that I can look for something else. I can wait a long time for that ... OTHERWISE a month THROUGH !!!!
