Been here a few times, is the only emergency GP station in the area ... couldn't walk because of the pain in my foot, after you have a discussion on the phone you can drop by (it looks like they'd rather have you gone so they don't have to work). You will be helped by an assistant, who did not know what to do with it, so I could wait for my own doctor the next day. If you get angry, you will get another doctor, who will only explain why she is NOT going to look at it and you have to wait. Really, if you're not going to help people, just stop doing it, worthless .....

I had surgery on tonsils in another hospital. After 3 days, my throat has swollen and I have been unable to eat for days, not even drink water. The talking already makes me cry because of the pain I have. It may be an infection, but the only thing Ms can do is "recommend a paracetamol." Thanks bunch of amateurs!

Terribly really a disaster the assistants on the phone are antisocial even claiming that you are lying and it seems as if everything is very tiring for them once you have called more than once. A tip for them if you don't feel like your job, look for another job. Better to wait until your own doctor is back or just go to the first aid. You pay a gold mine in healthcare costs and you are just insulted by what you stand for

Worthless. Really, don't go here. Today an appointment at 14:00. At 3:10 pm it is not yet the turn (with a child of one and a half) and despite inquiries no indication about how long to wait. Several persons who arrived much later with no urgent complaints, were apparently helped earlier. It is logical that babies lead the way, but otherwise apparently complete arbitrariness and no explanation whatsoever. The moment we wondered in the waiting room whether this was correct, someone from the nursing heard that and made some derogatory comments. "you just don't know how it works here," in a tone like he was talking to a toddler and nobody was asking him anything. Another patient waited and again someone else was helped first. At that moment, after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting and no explanation or indication about when to turn, we just left. We will never go here again. The nurse in question could also have said, "How annoying, madam, we are doing our best and try to help you as soon as possible." In other words, worthless services and patient treatment. Better drive to Hoorn where a recent experience was positive.

Appointment could be scheduled quickly. Waited too long in the waiting room but the doctor's expertise made up for it.
