bad service. I had delivered a bracelet with a heart (bought new at the Bijenkorf) with the request to engrave a date on it (gift for my niece) And I get it back with many scratches. Then Mr. Kernebeek says very nicely "if she has it on for a day, there will be more scratches on it". This can not be!! I will never come there again. Bad service!

Very nice service. They take all the time for you and are happy to help you. Super friendly. I like to come there. Nice assortment.

Too bad they couldn't make a ring larger because the silver is rhodium plated. A year before that was possible with another ring. Strange.
