I rate the company as an employer. I worked at Elis last year. This is the worst job of my life. Mobbing, harassment by Dutch associates. No time to train, be treated like workhorses, stand behind your back and shout in your ear about working out the norm. Checking the standard every 20 minutes and putting pressure on making it only new employees placed in the worst places. When, after 2 months, we couldn't stand it and started to oppose such treatment, we were kicked out practically overnight. The team leader knew what was going on, but allowed this behavior. Tempo Team agency ignored us at all, and Eu Flex wrote in the e-mail that we would be happy that we have 200e to pay because some people don't even have that much. After these 2 months, they destroyed my thyroid from stress, which is why it's been almost a year, and I still feel the effects. Don't get into this job. Labor camp.

My daughter has only worked here for a week via Tempo Team. Now she was told (by phone) that she does not have to come back after 4 days She wouldn't be fast enough. Why not communicated at the workplace itself and why not 1 or 2 days earlier that there were doubts?
