OhMyDog! Hondentraining en gedragscentrum - Den Haag

I took a private training for my dog in the Summer. It was really good. Stephanie is very professional, patient, she explains with details all the things you should do with you dog and gives very good tips. In a very short time, my dog Nanette knew how to sit, to lay down, to walk close to me. I recommend OhMyDog! services, they are really good. Nanette passed a little exam at the end of the training and got a nice certificate. She will soon take level 2 and she can't wait!

We did the puppy course and we got very nice tips! Things that usually we think we are doing right and... surprise! Amazing how we can manage some situations with just simple actions. Helped us a lot with the family environment, specially with kid’s behaviour. Now going to next course!

My Cavalier Ziggy and me followed a private training. Focus of the training was recall and dealing with challenging wildlife like cows and sheep. Within a few sessions Stephanie helped me to understand my dog much better. She is such an astute observer and her feedback is to the point, gentle but confident. I am very impressed by OhMyDog’s philosophy and capabilities. Thank you! I can now enjoy my beloved dog even more.

We had 1 on 1 lessons in English for our pup, and over the course of 4 lessons he learned how to be a responsive, much better behaved dog. Stephanie was very helpful and answered all our questions. We hope to try group classes in the future!

The puppy course taught me some important basics on how to be a good dog owner, and how I need to behave to teach my dog to be a good social dog, and to keep her safe. There was enough breadth of topics, yet consistency in approach, mix of theory and practice, that helped translate theory into results. I only wish I could have started earlier than 5 months. In parallel, I was learning that there are other schools of thought who may consider this school approach "too positive", especially for a hunting breed. Struggling with the pulling on the line behaviour, I tried another trainer with a super strict approach. While we got immediate obedience at first, the results didn't last, which reminded me a simple truth that there are no shortcuts and what you put in, you get back. Will be continuing with Oh My Dog and their modern, scientific and positive approach.
