Our family has been very satisfied with our doctor Doctor Kardolus for almost 20 years. The assistants are also very helpful.

Normally I am helped very well on the phone, but this time I am not satisfied at all. I spoke to the reception because I wanted them to send a prescription to another pharmacy. It was about the contraceptive pill and I should have it on Friday. First, the fax had not come through. That is not bad in itself, but the girl on the phone was unhelpful and unprofessional. She told me that after four hours I could pick up the pill at the pharmacy in Amsterdam. However, I explained to her that time is very tight. If the fax did not come through in Amsterdam again, I would no longer have time to pick up the pill in Purmerend, so I would be without it! Enough reason for stress seems to me. Well, she apparently didn't think so and then she ridiculously mentioned that the journey from Amsterdam to Purmerend is only an hour and that I have enough time. I just think it's weird that you have to hit a tone like that while it's your job to help someone. I don't know if she's an intern, but they can hire someone else.

General practitioner M.Huisbrink is a fantastic caring doctor and the assistants are always very helpful and friendly. All praise!

Too bad there are people with a negative experience. These experiences occur everywhere, it is only annoying when it comes to you. I personally have only good experiences with the doctor and the assistants.
