Had a holistic massage from Mariska. It goes much further than a nice massage. Because she looks at the whole of body, mind, experiences and how all this relates to each other, she can initiate very touching processes. With her helping hands, but also through her insights. I literally and figuratively went home lighter.

After a sad period made an appointment with Mariska. The welcome was warm and friendly. There is attention for you as a person and that is very nice. Because of the peace, involvement and good treatment, it is a warm bath where you get in. She also knows how to hit the right places and this provides good insights. After the treatment literally went home lighter. I will come back for sure and I definitely recommend an appointment with the Helping Hands.

I have been to Mariska several times for an integral and holistic massage and am amazed time and time again by the effect. I feel so much lighter after the sessions. Time and time again I leave with new insights. I really like the way Mariska works. There is plenty of attention for me and that makes me feel seen and heard. I feel taken seriously and there is also room for humor. Through the sessions I get closer to my core and I feel more and more free to be who I am. As a result, I now feel happier, feel better and I have fewer negative problems. Mariska really has 'helping hands'! A must for everyone!
