Not very reliable as a supplier for online orders. Actually, there was something every time. It is striking that you as a customer are held responsible for claiming irregularities with a subsequent order, very strange way of doing things. Ultimately, issues are resolved, but it is usually a lot of hassle that you as a customer are not waiting for. The new gray folding crates appear to be the result of a desperate attempt for lack of the sturdy orange crates. The gray ones are really a lot weaker and open badly. In addition, online orders can no longer be adjusted after placement and the time windows of three hours are rather large. The plus is that interesting folder promotions are usually delivered free of charge. So still three stars ...
