25-04-2018 in the afternoon in the store. Very badly helped. In other words, not helped at all. No welcome, 2 members of staff were unpacking clothes behind the counter. I have been babysitting with a child for a while. Nobody came to ask if they could help. They didn't even look. Busy conversation. Eventually a piece of clothing will pay. Nothing was said !!!! Only: do you have a customer card? And then the amount. Not a single word has been changed. That bad! Then you say to a child: Is this for you? How nice! Or to me: Everything to your liking? Is there anything I can help with ?? No nothing! While the store was empty. Plenty of opportunities. What a low level of staff. Next time Wehkamp again. Because this real life shopping is no better than online. And to think that I came here regularly for 5 kids. So not anymore!

Nice uncluttered store with friendly and helpful staff. If something is not there, they will order the garment for you. If you do not like it, you are not committed to it. As soon as the article is in, you will receive a call from them.
