The regular faces have all disappeared and DRAMA ever since! I used to be very pleased with Brainwash, but recently they completely messed up my coloring for the second time. I came in with a light hair color, which I was satisfied with and just wanted to treat my outgrowth and some extra highlights. The end result was darker than before, orange / yellow in color and poorly deployed. Especially in daylight this became very clear; Immediately called the hairdresser in question and received a bad excuse about their new product line, the operation of which she was not yet familiar with. Advice given; wash your hair a number of times, immediately indicating that it seemed to me that washing would lighten my color. After this contacted the head office and expressed dissatisfaction, requested a refund because I did not want to be helped at Brainwash again. Then called by the new branch manager, couldn't give money back and I was able to get a color rinse to light it up. Finally agreed, this would only take 20 minutes. I sat there again for hours just as simple a rinse did not help and it remained yellow, eventually the color got a bit better, but still much too dark in relation to my 'starting color' and what I came before. My haircut was also checked again and this also had to be repaired. The solution offered did not help at all, my hair remained orange / yellow and now it is a lot drier due to the extra treatments. Had to incur extra expenses with a color specialist and have it redone. Never Brainwash again for me and I also advise others NOT to go here.
