I've been waiting more than 2 weeks for my (stick) vacuum cleaner whose battery needs to be replaced. Contacted myself on Monday, friendly man, said to expect it to be delivered back halfway through / at the latest at the end of the week. Yesterday (Friday) contacted a friendly lady again, she couldn't find anything in the system (while I really called the same department as Monday), she asked me if I could find the E-number of the vacuum cleaner I was looking for a while .. in the meantime it was 17.03..you guessed it: disconnected. So I tried to call again; we are only open on working days from 8.30 am to 5 pm .. In short: no vacuum cleaner back (yet), and find out, Monday you will be the first or something .. Too bad!

If a device breaks down on 04/08 and you are still with a broken device in warranty period on 05/09, that doesn't make me happy! So 1 star is still too much.

I only made it 4 stars. Delivering the wrong refrigerator twice due to internal miscommunication is of course not to be happy. But the beautiful bunch of flowers makes up for it for me. And now deliver a good one!
