How is it possible that this highly skilled practice is unable to help an old man with his fairly acute walking complaints? He really wants to be helped, but is stubborn and fairly articulate. He has to be practiced on the spot and if that causes some groans and muscle pain, then it is not bad. After a treatment, you can still see that exercise instructions do not help, because they are not done.
