Unprofessional and unfriendly. I sent an email at the end of August for a trial singing lesson. I was then told that I had applied, and that the older students were scheduled first, and then the newer ones. I was told that the following week. Well. Except that I was told nothing. Meanwhile, a month later, I sent another e-mail if I had signed up and that I wanted clarity. Received a vague e-mail saying that there was a waiting list for new students, and that I would be told 'the week after' whether there was any room left at all. I then waited until December (so, for clarity, no longer August) and never heard anything again. I sent a final e-mail saying that I wanted to know where I stood. Too bad I wasted time on that, because I never heard anything back. In short, it's better to follow your dreams somewhere else, because they don't care about this.
