Reported `` empty '' last week, not seen a stepping stone, from Holwerd Veerdam to Dokkum, agreed time not met, then had to wait 2 hours in Holwerd for the first boat back home (about 5 hours traveling for nothing. ) And my appointment in Dokkum had to be moved unnecessarily. Telephone contact with the man on February 17 very friendly other telephone contacts, chaotic, fast and very unfriendly. Jobinder, not a pleasant experience, I will not take the step again, not reliable.

Jo Binder dropped my 5-year-old grandson at the wrong address (at home instead of with the babysitter and WITHOUT transfer !!), after which the little man wandered around the street in panic. The driver gave us an apology, but Jo Binder only protested and made comments such as: 1 a mistake. 2 Maybe he wanted to be dropped off at this address. 3 Maaaaaar, he was dropped off at the home address and NOT in a strange place. Little professionalism of this company and eventually the complaint was submitted to the complaints committee. Children are NOT packages that you just flick out of the car!

Always late, not customer friendly on the phone. As flexible as glass, there is nothing wrong with the drivers, they are friendly.

Reports are not passed on properly to the drivers. Or the school where the children have to go is not properly registered in the system. In short, there is always something

They're always late they settle it bad I mean what's right? The drivers, but they have nothing to do with the company, they just do the work they have to do.
