We came here with a coupon from Social Deal for a high tea. Upon arrival I reported at the desk and told that we had reserved a high tea. Apparently this had not come through, but we were allowed to choose a spot. They told us to do their best. And I then told them that they could take it easy because we had plenty of time. Then we had to wait a while and then we already got the tea. We noticed that everything was not very clean, such as the spoons and cups. After waiting for a while we were served everything at the same time, the sweet snack and the savory and warm snacks. We noticed that the hot snacks were not warm but lukewarm / cold and they did not look very tasty .. The soup was very salty, just not tasty anymore, so I didn't eat them. We were also not looked after at all. It was not asked once if it tasted. The tea water is also not filled once until I went after it myself. We told the waitor it didn't really taste. He did not go into this at all and it seemed to be of little interest to him. After I made a mint tea I found out that there were bugs on the bottom that were not very fresh. Then we were so done with it that we just left. Still had a conversation with the boss, the same man who also served us, but he still didn't seem interested. He did not offer us anything in compensation and we were not sorry. He gave the reason for this that we had used a social deal coupon and that we were already grim at the beginning .... Very special because we were looking forward to it and also indicated that they could take it easy because we had all time. He also said that he would have sought a solution with “normal” customers without a social deal voucher. Very weird, we were just as good customers ?? !! A coffee could barely be taken off and we had to ask for it ourselves. He told us to go to Social Deal for compensation or something. I called them but they told me that we had to be at the restaurant itself (because of course it is understandable). A truly dramatic restaurant !!! And a terrible boss. That's not how you should deal with customers. If I were theirs and I had a customer who was not satisfied I would have done everything I could to make it right!

Delicious cappuccino from Smit & Dorlas, Nicely furnished business with a luxurious sitting area with 2 armchairs and a 3-seater sofa. Paintings and pictures on the wall that are entertaining. Feeling is cozy while there is enough space and a sunny terrace at the front and rear. They are in the top 100 list of best coffee, and rightfully so. Wifi for customers and nice employees. Atmospheric experience.

Got thick diarrhea from the red velvet cake, got completely sick of it
