A while ago (July 2020) bought a watch at the Dokkum location .. within a few weeks it stopped working and was allowed to have the battery replaced at a nearby jeweler at the expense of Papito. This is done but the result is the same within a few days. The watch was handed in to Papito Damwoude a few weeks later and, in order to serve me well, they contacted the supplier and tried to get the watch running! Long story short; this will take a while. But now the positive commitment of Anneke !! She has always tried to get this right, which did not work. Now she has neatly returned the money to me incl. Battery costs etc. I appreciate the commitment, the service but also the attempt to get this right for me !! A 10 for the service. I asked a normal question but got an unfriendly response from one of the store staff. Like you need to know everything. I left immediately and they will not see me again!

I bought a winter coat here! Really super fine fabric too! An all-round shop and the people who work there are also super friendly !!
