Bad service!! We went to the expert for our 82 year old mother because the dolce gusto we bought for her was not functioning properly. The water reservoir wanted to be put in and out with considerable resistance. With the result that it remained unused in the cupboard. First made a call with a nice female employee who indicated that we could come by and they would send the Dolce Gusto. Good service you would think. But nothing is less true. Once there, the device was taken to the back and then with the message that it was meant to be so and that if it was sent in, the device would be returned by the manufacturer immediately. In other words. Its a shame, but there is nothing to do about it. If this gentleman had looked closely, he could have seen that signs of wear and damage from the resistance that the pulling in and out had left on the plastic reservoir. We ended up sharpening ourselves with a potato peeler to try to reduce the resistance. Fortunately it is now a lot smoother and my mother indicates that it is a lot easier for her. It is a pity that you ultimately have to do the job yourself to make a device properly. Bad service Expert!
