Absolutely amazing. We loved this place and the hosts were so kind and super helpful!! The setting is beautiful, Friesland is my favorite part of the Netherlands, and maybe even Europe. Our suite was so cool! Spacious and stylish and very comfortable. The washroom and shower amazing. Everything was so clean. The communal kitchen and dining area encourage interaction with others, and is very welcoming, and has all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. The setting on the edge of town. (Metslawier), in an old , but renovated farm trades school, was serene and lovely. The livestock horses, goats, chickens were a highlight for our grandchildren. I can find nothing to criticize!! We will rent a vehicle the next time we go, though we did get to and from Dokkum and Moderscat, on public transport. Having our own bycicles would have been wise, but again our host has a few for the children. Really can't say enough about how wonderful this place was, and how helpful and kind words Bianca and Edward were. The village is also lovely, and make sure to try the cafe and the end of the block, only open Wednesdays now until renovation is finished.

it is a great place with dear Bianca and Edward for rest and relax in the north of Nederland.
