Yes, you can dispose of your waste for 15 cents the kilo (quite expensive) for that waste that you have to pay for. Much can be brought for free, actually everything that is reasonable to reuse, A downside is that you are not allowed to bring anything that has been brought by someone else, under penalty of a ban on access and that is very strange in these times of reuse and sustainability.
