They have a demented old lady wait in the cold for 2 hours, while a dental assistant arranged a taxi for her. You don't just have a regional taxi. But if you want to take your dog to the vet, they literally say 'go for a walk', it is only 5 km. This is very unacceptable and without respect for the customer.
