Very unfriendly. You will not be helped there. As a customer you should not ask the woman at the counter by phone or in person, otherwise you will get an angry response.
Rented several types of storage areas for many years. Always clear, friendly communication and service, very clean and tidy, good advice and helpful through free use of trailer and good tools for transportation. Always very satisfied, nothing to complain about with extra quality, therefore 5 stars.

every winter the inventory of my sailboat is stored here safely and warmly. the ladies at the desk are very friendly and helpful. that makes it so much fun.
The larger self-storage companies could take an example from this company. Run by mainly ladies, it seems, and it shows. Everything spotless and tidy, what a relief. Website in order, nice house style and good prices. I think it's great!
