Unfortunately I had to go to this doctor in my first year in Emmen because there were no other GPs available.
As soon as I got the chance to see another doctor I took it IMMEDIATELY.
Why?
1. The assistant is very rude and unprofessional.
When I called her to unsubscribe, she was reluctant and didn't want to (because they don't want to lose patients).
2. The doctor is ignorant and prescribes wrong medicines.
This has happened a few times in that year.
He does not listen to the patient at all, he does not consult you (he has something in mind and writes it down, regardless of what the patient thinks).
My honest opinion is that it is better to go to any other doctor in Emmen / Nieuw-Weerdinge than Handgraaf.
