Unfortunately I have a negative experience with Bloem & Zo. Today I placed an order around half past one, paid for this and also received a confirmation and an invoice. To make sure that the order was delivered, I called them. It was answered that they have not received the order and know nothing about it. I have again sent them the received invoice to indicate that I have received a confirmation and that I have also paid. They did not need to know about this because the colleague was no longer at the computer. But madam would find out, fine. Will I be called back, again with the same answer “we did not receive the order” this time it was added that there is an external party with the orders coming through and they have not received them from this party. First of all, this is not my problem, it was indicated that this is not the problem of Bloem & Zo. Whose problem is this then? Well that's not how you treat your customers. Things are not in order internally. If you indicate on your website that if you place an order before 14:00 that it will be delivered the same day, then I assume that too. Do not mislead your consumer, you have things in order. I therefore expect my money back asap. Worthless! Edit: In the end I was helped afterwards and the flowers were delivered the next day! My compliments for this.
