Nice people. I often bring a used vase in which they make a nice bouquet. They also often have them ready to use

Bouquet of flowers bought for mother, after 2 days flowers were already dead, after 4 days the whole bouquet could go into the trash can. It was Christmas so going back with the flowers was not an option. A week later with a complaint in the store, the response was that it had been stuck to the vase or had not been cut off properly. A mother with so much experience will know by now how to clean a vase and cut flowers. We are reluctant to receive a bunch of roses as compensation, not comparable to the bouquet we bought, of course, but okay I didn't want to waste any more words on it. The bunch of roses has not stood for 5 days. We give up and do not return to this flower shop. I don't want to be treated the same way again.
Nice people and good plants and flowers but the store lacks the look
If you buy a bunch of flowers for 40 euros, a beautiful bunch, you can neatly deposit a complaint after 3 days, all roses have withered but one, the answer comes down to this; come along with the forest (after 3 days), but our staff never makes mistakes, it's up to the customer, okay we still enjoyed a forest, 4 days, ridiculous correspondence, not customer friendly, incomprehensible and very incompetent Janny Hook, here I never buy flowers again.
