webshop with friendly customer service and attractive prices. They were too far from us to visit in person, but their attractive pricing of watches and jewelry available in their online store sparked curiosity. They take plenty of time to answer all your questions on the phone. The items are sent excellently packaged and transported with a parcel carrier that works exclusively for jewelers. So not the usual tossing and throwing work of guys like DHL, PostNL, DPD, UPS and whatever else they are called. Everything went as expected. Worth repeating.

Best address for people who are looking for jewelry or watches from top brands to affordable prices. The store is beautiful with interesting offerings, unique and special jewelery and well worth a visit. Lots of choice and always new models. The staff is very knowledgeable and very customer-friendly, you immediately feel at ease. It is truly one of the few jewelers where I am always surprised by the beautiful collections and where you can find something for every occasion. Make your wishes come true !! 3

It doesn't get more customer-friendly than this! Ordered a watch online from this jeweler, upon receipt I personally did not like the model very well and called the store for return instructions. I was treated very friendly and it was no problem at all to return the watch. Upon receipt, the amount would be refunded immediately and they have also kept their word. What struck me most was the way I was addressed (I think I spoke to Camilla), very friendly, correct, helpful and not too formal. I would come back here again just because of the service and helpfulness, many other things should be an example. In short, a very good experience with jeweler Luitjens!
