I have placed and paid for an order online. Today I was at the store to pick up my order. In front of the store I couldn't find my mask. Inside, no customers. I opened the door and asked the employee Susanne if they can leave my (100 gram) order on the floor so that I can get it without coming into the store (2-3 meters further). She has told me she doesn't want to do that and that I have to drive back home in the freezing rain, get my mask and come back. Because taking a few steps for her was too much trouble. So excellent customer service at Toolstation Purmerend.
