Watch out when they ask you to return SIM card or phone back to them ! I bought new phone but I have current contract on other number and they said I can’t keep Number I have to get new number bla bla but I never asked for new number when I ordered phone I just wanted phone with my current number! So when I contacted them they said I have to return phone and number back so I can get my money back ok I did it when I was at post to send it out I was surprised that normally all big company have free return but NO FREE RETURN by poor T Mobile company you have to pay your self and you DON’T GET REFUND!!! BE AWARE!

I wanted to take out a subscription which normally costs 30 euros everything unlimited. Fulltime expense to the seller subscription 35.- I too had clearly said that I so wanted to nothing and it appears that Mr. a tablet when did whatever additional costs in the month. In the end he indicated that I got a free SIM card for 'a' tablet (for example iPad with 3 GB on it every month) and you had to pay for that. I have been helped very badly and not professionally. I think there are of course also good employees, but then I happened to have 1 bizarre bad one.
