Coach Fleur helps you in your process, but on the other hand you keep control. Fleur supports without judgment and stimulates you to take action. The process is tough because change can simply create resistance. Anxiety insecurities can play a role. Fleur also gives you tools to overcome these! At the end of the process you will feel in your strength again. The insights and exercises you have received give you a boost and confidence that you will not become dependent on the coach. As a gift, at least that is how I experienced it, you get a tailor-made portfolio so that you can always look back if you are not feeling well or feel a relapse in old behavior.

Fleur lives up to her name, because she will certainly help you on your way to brightening up your life. However, this will of course only happen after she has helped you to look at yourself honestly, so that you can start working on yourself. I followed a 5 day course and a pilot that lasted 1 month with Fleur, both with success. I gained a lot more insight and most importantly: I was able to get started with myself! That is one of the points where I think Fleur stands out. She does her job with so much passion, enthusiasm that you wouldn't even say this is her job. The energy and time she puts into you is just so much, so you always know that when things get too difficult, she's ready to give you a little push and help you become a better version of yourself. The 3 months of coaching she offers is therefore really a perfect gift that you can give to yourself. Because you will only develop more self-development, self-love, but also the points such as setting boundaries etc. will make you much stronger. I am sure that Fleur can make this world so much more beautiful with her coaching, but also her knowledge, which she conveys with passion.

At Fleur (from Effect op Maat) I participated in a pilot of 1 month: personal development through coaching via WhatsApp. Fleur had assembled a beautiful group of ladies and almost daily she gave us an assignment / question to get started with something. To round off the month, a 1: 1 coaching followed. The assignments you started with and to which Fleur also responded, provided more insights into yourself and your own patterns during the month. This month I found valuable. Fleur is involved, has a lot of knowledge and helps you to get closer to yourself.

Fleur is a beautiful woman who has so much wisdom. I really like the way she shares wisdom because she asks you the right questions in a professional, warm manner. You feel that Fleur knows what she is talking about and that gives you a safe feeling to dare to be vulnerable. The questions asked during the pilot are questions that simmer. I like that very much, because they make a nice contribution to my self-development

Together with my partner we have followed the course my child is highly sensitive. Words fall short to describe how Fleur and Ben did these evenings. They don't just give a course but do it with so much love and passion, that is indescribable! Every evening we came we were so excited, also to immediately share our experiences of what we had learned it was so beautiful! We even think it was a shame it was only 3 evenings. I really recommend Effect op Maat to everyone, you are upset and you see a course or workshop that you think is interesting go by !!!!! Because really true here is no price for how beautiful and personal they give the workshop and / or course. I am sure that we will certainly follow a workshop or course. Fleur and Ben thank you very much for everything!
