What a great service they provide !!! After having been there with a Karcher vacuum cleaner, which after being used 3 to 4 times no longer worked and for which the guarantee period had expired and we no longer had a receipt, we were made a good proposal to buy a new one with a 3-year guarantee. To our surprise, we received a package this morning with some extra brushes, liquid and a personal letter. We call that TOP SERVICE !! A big 10 for this company. Thanks William !!

Our Karcher high pressure cleaner was less than 18 months old and leaks water at the high pressure hose coupling. A phone call to the Karcher service center in Urk gave the correct order number of the defective part. Two days later, the part is delivered free of charge, and all under warranty conditions.
