About 4 years ago I was approached by phone by someone from Cijfermeester and put in touch with Ron Weel from Cijfermeester Alkmaar. Because of him our business administration could be taken care of very well and much cheaper. Immediately upon first acquaintance made agreements about communication and transparency of the work to be carried out, according to Mr Weel we would not regret it. We are now 4 years later and I have to conclude that the switch from our previous accountant to Cijfermeester Alkmaar (Mr. Ron Weel) was a very big mistake. Communication with Ron Weel has been a major problem in recent years; Mr. Weel works all by himself and can hardly ever be reached by phone. Time and again the infamous voicemail and calling back, hey, that was apparently too much work. This resulted in a backlog in the accounting and tax returns over 4 years, naturally resulting in the necessary fines and official assessments. For more than 3 years, he has done nothing more to our administration ... After finally being able to reach Mr. Weel last week, I informed him that I wanted to pick up all the documents still present at his place in the office he rented in an office complex in Alkmaar. After I reported to the desk clerk at the agreed time, she called Mr. Weel to say that his appointment was downstairs waiting for him. .. Only after 15 minutes he came down, without apologies and with 1 folder under his arm. And about the broken business relationship, sir did not want to talk anymore. We have now had our administration taken care of by an administration office and we assume that it WILL just keep the agreements made.
