The telephone accessibility is, as many people say here, very bad, or just say "totally impossible", so just 0 stars for that. Because the program itself does what it should do, I keep it at 3 stars. But if they take themselves seriously, they should really start doing something about this telephone accessibility. Reasons like "it's busy right now" doesn't seem to be "right now" but a permanent problem at quick start.

Try calling this club before you become a customer. On hold for 1 hour for 2 days. Yesterday I was thrown out after 1 hour. I've been waiting for an hour now. Terrible party to work with. What they are very good at is writing off the invoice at the end of the month. Then they are extremely punctual.

Very bad customer service! I've been on hold for half an hour and I was the 4th one! This means they don't have many employees to advise their clients!

Keep in mind that Quickstart does not work on a cellular network.

Now my customers can fill the administration in a simple environment. Behind the scenes I have the possibility to adjust the settings with Snelstart 12 and to make the "difficult" corrections. An ideal combination for a decent price.
