As a follow-up to Mensendieck, I have been receiving strength training at Impact for a few months now. Now 1 on 1, which of course is necessary the first time. Many others are not there now, but there is still a relaxed atmosphere. I look forward to the time when there are more people, the "clubs" come again where I can and may participate. The small scale really appeals to me. Impact is a must for me.

Because I have no complaints about the accommodation? And it is fun to exercise, I sport 2 times a week with pleasure 1 hour never reluctant!
