Really great service from alpha floors !!!! Wednesday floor brought Thursday as agreed at 08:00 present and Friday at 13:00 ready !!!! New subfloor, new laminate, new baseboards everywhere, furniture shifting and it left neat and tidy. Result sublime cannot say anything other than a 10+ Taco Risselada from The Hague

SUPER! We ended up buying alpha floors when buying our floor. Floor was delivered within a few days by appointment. Keep appointments and deliver a good product and good advice. We are also very helpful for the finishing of the floor and walk-in mat! Class and thanks! If only all shops were like this! Gr Robin

Good experiences with alpha floors. Nice conversation to find the floor. Suggested good alternatives, good information. Ultimately, it became a single PVC laminate floor for laying in herringbone. Clear quotation, floor properly measured. Upholsterer has done an excellent job.

I can only say good service and honest advice.

June 2018 bought a PVC floor from this company. It would be laid in November of this year, but this has gone wrong from the start. First the upholsterers forgot to ventilate after the floor had been leveled, so that the empty new house was dripping with moisture. the time of laying was postponed because the floor was not dry. Once it was laid several things were forgotten such as sealing at the heating pipes, forgotten to stick and seal pieces of plinth, walls where the seams of 2 pieces of plinth are pasted so unfavorably that I have to look at it all day, a piece PVC is not glued while it is really easy to get there and if you are a professional it is also fine to lay a heating pipe. After making several calls and being in the shop, the upholsterers came to finish it. The plinth in the storage room is not glued and sealed. Again not sealed around the heating pipes as well as not sealed around the skirting boards. A PVC strip with a nail underneath (!) Not replaced, but simply glued shut again, so that now a fold and a bulge where the nail was located has been created in the floor. On March 29 this year I went to the store to ask when it will be finished. It was bought by the owner mr. Notated yet, but nothing has been heard to this day, April 17. Too bad because it is a very expensive floor, almost € 5,000, which I had to pay in advance. I can really expect something than from this owner, but the store is not affiliated with an industry association, guarantee quality mark or the like, so I now have this misery. In my opinion, the company does not employ good professionals (who I think are self-employed) who can properly install a PVC floor. I really understand that eg a meter cupboard cannot be completely done because there are really a lot of pipes, but in general there was sloppy work, unprofessional and hasty because it had to be finished. I had to dispose of used items such as PVC waste and empty glue buckets and empty boxes myself. In short, I think it is an unprofessional company that actually does not earn 1 star yet.
